Cowboy Ball

Cowboy Ball 2024: A Taste of the West

This fun filled event brings together fair and rodeo supporters to help us continue our mission of supporting the Douglas County Fair and Rodeo and the youth programs it provides.

Join us for an evening of dinner and dancing at the James R. Sullivan Event Center at 500 Fairgrounds Dr. Castle Rock, CO.  On May 11, 2024 at 5 p.m. give yourself free rein to relive the Wild West.

Sign up to bid for live auction items like concert tickets to the Douglas County Fair and Rodeo. Wander through our silent auction to find the perfect gift for a friend. Learn to rope like a trick roper. You can even sample different whiskeys.

For dinner, you’ll dine on the best western-themed dishes from four local restaurants.

After dinner, take a spin around the dance floor to the sounds of the Walker Williams Band.

Take an old-time photo for a fun keepsake of your Wild West night.
